You've sold before, and are comfortable cold-calling, prospecting, following up on leads, and closing the deal. You're more hunter-killer than gatherer - you know how to find the decision maker and make them see the light.

You enjoy working in a fast-paced atmosphere, you're great at turning prospects into customers, and you're ready to take the market into its next stage - this job is for you.

Social Media Intern

Overview

Do you live and breathe social media? Then we want you! The social media intern is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in implementing a variety of marketing communication projects. The intern will assist in increasing our inbound traffic as well as brand recognition of our new name, TurnStar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative ways to increase brands awareness and drive traffic to website, Facebook, blog and Twitter.
• Update blog, Twitter, Facebook and other Social Media Platforms
• Develop and implement -out-of-the-box promotional campaigns and/or contests
• Drafting and editing press releases

Experience and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong Internet research skills
• Experience with relevant social media

Education
Pursuing degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
